Station Quarter is a vibrant new neighbourhood at the heart of the Carpenters Estate, forming the main gateway from Stratford Station. The scheme will deliver new homes, shops and welcoming public spaces, creating a lively and well-connected place to live, work and visit. 

It will provide 520 new homes, including family-sized and affordable homes, alongside new shops, cafés and food spaces, including a destination food hall. High-quality public spaces with planting, seating and play areas will be complemented by safer, pedestrian-friendly streets linking Stratford Station to the wider estate. 

Station Quarter will create a welcoming arrival into Carpenters Estate, with active ground-floor uses, landmark buildings and well-used streets that feel safe throughout the day and evening. New routes and open spaces will prioritise walking and cycling, making it easier for people to move through the area and connect to the wider neighbourhood.
