Conveniently located for East Ham station and local schools and services, our Wordsworth Avenue development created 11 three-bedroom homes for London Affordable Rent. The homes all have their own private outdoor area, while indoors they exceed the space standards of the London Housing Design Guide.

The design, by Stirling prize-winning architects dRMM, uses the materials and housing style of the surrounding streetscape but updates it to modern standards. The first residents moved in during late 2020.
